HR Executive

We are seekingHR Executivewith great interpersonal skills and experience in HR Administrative Support in areas like Recruitment, HR policies and Pay Roll.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR managers.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Attendance and leave management.
  • Creating and maintaining employee trackers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle including sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews with candidates and stake holder.
  • Responsible for Offer Negotiations, follow up with the shortlisted candidate till they join.
  • Prepare and issue of offer letters.
  • Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PPT).
  • Team worker, Self-disciplined and attentive.
  • Inductions for new staff.
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and development of accurate and efficient payroll systems.
  • Responsible for Vendor Contract Management and Vendor Maintenance Clauses.


  • MBA in HR (or any specialization) with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in HR domain in a mid-sized to large growing organization.
  • Relevant Experience must be from the industries related to IT Product Development or IT Captive Or IT Services.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize in a highly fast-paced environment.
  • Significant experience in employee relations, organizational development, performance management, talent assessment, workforce planning, leadership development and communications.
  • Demonstrated acumen in project management, leading in a collaborative nature, managing multiple priorities and strategic thinking.
  • Supervisory or management experience is a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
