Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR managers.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Attendance and leave management.
Creating and maintaining employee trackers.
Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle including sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews with candidates and stake holder.
Responsible for Offer Negotiations, follow up with the shortlisted candidate till they join.
Prepare and issue of offer letters.
Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PPT).

Inductions for new staff.
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
Responsible for the maintenance and development of accurate and efficient payroll systems.
Responsible for Vendor Contract Management and Vendor Maintenance Clauses.
